Have you ever noticed that you can be skipping merrily through your day, not a problem in sight, and suddenly someone says or does something you don’t like. Before you know it they have put you in a bad mood, or so we think. We are quick to tell every person we meet “that so-and-so did this or that” and that is why we are upset, mad, and in a bad mood or had our whole day ruined. That may be the facts as we see and interpret them but that is not the truth. The truth is we chose to react. The truth is we put our self in a bad mood. The truth is we only have the person looking back at us in the mirror to blame. No one can put you in a bad mood unless they pick you up and physically put you there which never happens. It’s really all up to us to make a conscience decision how we will react to things or people we encounter. We can choose to not let anyone, or anything, steal our peace.  I think I will decide right now before anything happens, to choose to have a good day no matter what life (or people) decide to throw at me today! How about you?
