Three Texas City ISD robotics teams are headed to compete at the VEX World Championship competition!

Roosevelt-Wilson Elementary’s 30116W R-W Robo Girls took the State Championship Design Award and 30116R Mechanical Brainiacs took the STEM Research Award, which means both Roosevelt-Wilson robotics teams have qualified to compete at VEX Worlds!

A TCHS robotics team has once again qualified for the VEX World Championships! TCHS Robotics competed in the Texas State Region 3 Championship where three TCHS teams out of a total 64 teams made it into the top 16 alliances.

Team 590X pulled out all the stops on their engineering design notebook and brought home the esteemed Judges Award. Team 590Z made it into the semifinals, qualifying them to compete in the VEX Worlds Championship. Good luck to Brayden Schurwon, Joseph Reed and Daniel Nguyen. Their teacher is Adam Bukowski.
