Rising Star Missionary Baptist Church, located at 302 North Oak Street in Texas City, will stream its Sunday services beginning at 9:30am. Services can be viewed on the church’s Facebook page. The services will be led by Pastor D.N. Benford, who will be celebrating his 70th anniversary at Rising Star later this year.
