Photos by Ruth Ann Ruiz. A blue Santa was spotted on the Seawall in Galveston Saturday evening. Following the sighting of Santa were several grinches, flamingos, holiday decorated jeeps and gulf carts, marching bands, floats, children and lots of candy. Galveston Municipal Police Association hosted the annual parade. Oh and there were stuffies (aka stuffed animals) thrown out to spectators.
