JINGLE ON THE BOARDWALK BRINGS HOLIDAY CHEER TO KEMAH

Tis the Season at the Boardwalk! Area residents and
visitors are invited to Kemah Boardwalk’s Jingle on the
Boardwalk every weekend throughout the month on
December, beginning Saturday, December 2 through
Saturday, December 23. Santa Claus will be available
for visits and pictures on Fridays from 5 – 7 p.m.,
Saturdays from 2 – 7 p.m. and Sundays from 2 – 6 p.m.
On Christmas Day, Boardwalk rides, games and retail
stores will be open from 12 – 9 p.m. Additionally, the
New Year’s Eve Family Celebration will ring in 2018 on
Sunday, December 31.
Visitors of all ages can celebrate the start of the holiday
season with a variety of fun and festive activities at
Jingle on the Boardwalk including Santa’s Workshop, a
snow patch, holiday performances, special viewings of
“Frozen,” “Elf” and “How the Grinch Stole Christmas,”
musical performances and more. Every weekend will be
filled with family-friendly fun, but make sure to add the
56th annual Christmas Boat Lane Parade to your list. The
event features hundreds of lighted and decorated boats
that cruise down the bay and will take place on Saturday,
December 9 beginning at 6:30 p.m.
Additionally, guests are invited to the New Year’s
Eve Celebration, an all-day family soiree on Sunday,
December 31. Guests can Ring in the New Year with
fun activities and live entertainment throughout the day,
followed by a breathtaking fireworks display over the
bay at 10 p.m. Don’t forget to make your reservations for
the New Year’s Eve Fireworks Dinner Cruise aboard the
Boardwalk FantaSea to sail into the new year. From 9
p.m. – 12:30 a.m., passengers will experience an exquisite
view of the fireworks, as well as a chef prepared buffet,
champagne toast, party favors and more.
