Mothers & Babies
Friday, May 3rd, 10th, & 17th at 10 AM
This is an interactive program that shares useful, long-term tools and skills to help pregnant women and their families manage stress and/or reduce symptoms of depression. Contents include support for healthy communication, healthy bonding with your baby, and more. This is a 6-week evidenced based curriculum. Gulf Coast Center Women Veteran Workshop

This workshop will cover topics in health, wellness, mental health, self regulation, and coping strategies. Start off your summer vacation with a bang! Join us for a fun time at Moore Memorial Public Library! We will be celebrating the start of our Summer Reading Program, Adventure Begins at Your Library! A bubble station, balloon animals, face painting stations, sno-cones, popcorn, and many other activities for kids of all ages will be available. We’ll also provide information about our upcoming summer reading program. We hope to you see you there!
