More than 75 elected officials and friends gathered at Texas Pit Stop BBQ Tuesday, March 11
La Marque, Texas (March 12, 2020) – The City of La Marque was honored to host the March 2020 meeting for Galveston County Mayors and Council Members Association the evening of Tuesday, March 11, 2020, at Texas Pit Stop BBQ in La Marque, Texas.
The association includes mayors and councilmembers from cities across Galveston County. Every other month, the group meets in a different community and La Marque had the privilege of hosting more than 75 of Galveston County’s most dedicated and engaged elected officials Tuesday night. The meetings provide an opportunity for local leaders to meet and brainstorm ideas about how to serve their communities best.
