Region IV recently sent awards to Guajardo Principal Debbie Fuller and Woodrow Wilson DAEP Principal Don Jones for being named the Texas City Independent School District’s Elementary and Secondary Principals of the Year, respectively. Normally they would have been honored at a celebration banquet but that wasn’t possible this year. Superintendent Dr. Melissa Duarte presented their Region IV award to them at their faculty meetings this week.
