
September 28, 2021, Houston, TX—To honor our heroes in the U.S. Armed Forces, the
Bay Area Chorus of Greater Houston (BAC) will perform two Veterans Day concerts
conducted by Milton Pullen, both in the Clear Lake area. The concert theme is “Morning
Has Broken,” and the songs exemplify the hope, solidarity, and strength of the diverse
citizens of this great nation. Seating is limited due to social distancing. Patrons are
urged to secure tickets early.
On Sunday, November 6, BAC and the Bay Area Chapter of Habitat for Humanity will
cohost a 30th anniversary gala and fundraising dinner supporting Habitat for Humanity
Houston at Dickinson First United Methodist Church, 200 FM 517 Rd W, Dickinson, TX. Dinner will begin at 6 PM and the Veterans Day concert will begin at 7 PM. Habitat for Humanity has long been associated with veterans through its national Veterans Build initiative, “aimed at providing homeownership, volunteer engagement, and employment opportunities to U.S. veterans, military service members and their families.” Visit www.bahfh.org/gala for more information and tickets. The chorus also will perform Christmas concerts at 7 PM on December 4 at Gloria Dei
Lutheran Church of Nassau Bay and at 4 PM on December 5 at Houston Baptist

directed award-winning high school choral programs in the Clear Lake area for over 20
years and later was head director of the choral program at Pepperdine University in
