Galveston County Summer Sports Camps

Basketball
La Marque High School will host a basketball camp at its gymnasium from June 11-13 from 9:30am to 12:00pm for incoming students from third thru ninth grade. Registration is $60 per camper, with Early Bird registration costing $45 before June 1. Contests and prizes will be part of the camp, which will teach campers basketball fundamentals and techniques. Santa Fe High School will host a summer basketball camp for incoming 4th thru 9th grade boys from June 12-14. Grades 4th thru 6th will be held from 12:00pm to 2:00pm, with 7th thru 9th graders from 2:30pm to 4:00pm. Camp registration is $60 per camper. Campers will receive a shirt and certificate while learning the fundamentals of basketball and team play. Football
Texas City High School will host its annual camp for incoming Kindergarten thru sixth graders from June 10-12 at Stingaree Stadium from 9:00am to 12:00pm. The camp will have personalized demonstration and lectures along with learning basic skills in throwing, catching, stance, stretching techniques, punting, kicking and blocking fundamentals. Volleyball
Santa Fe High School will host its summer volleyball camp at the high school gym from June 12 to June 14. Session I (Kindergarten-5th grade) will be held from 8:00am to 9:00pm with Session II (6th -9th grade) held from 9:00am to 11:00am. Session I will be $30, and Session II will be $70 per camper.
