Week 6 – July 15-18
Week 7 – July 24-25 only
Workouts will include yoga, strength, speed, and agility. Proper technique and form will be emphasized with lifting and running. Water will be available to all athletes. Participants should wear workout clothes, tennis shoes, cleats for field and turf workouts. Free breakfast and lunch is available for all students. Meals are provided by the Texas City ISD Food Services Department. Breakfast is served from 7 – 9 a.m. and lunch is from 10 a.m. – 1 p.m. 9th- 12th grade Football Players

9th – 12th grade Volleyball Players
August 1 Tryouts (Mandatory)
9th – 12th Cross Country Runners
