Prior to their inductions to the Texas City Hall of Honor and La Marque Legacy Hall on Thursday, former Stingarees star and current Indianapolis Colts general manager Chris Ballard and former Cougars star and financial giant Jeffery Rose spoke to the football teams of their respective alma maters. Rose also announced that he would pay for the letter jackets of La Marque players who were unable to purchase them due to financial challenges.
