Eight members of the Dickinson High School football team signed letters of intent during Wednesday’s National Signing Day. Dominic Chonng (Southwestern Baptist University), Mike Welch (University of Houston), GC Garcia (Oklahoma Baptist University), Savien Arnett (Sam Houston State University), Paul Smith (Eastern New Mexico University), Deonza Yoakum (Kilgore College) and Derrick “Pooh” Martin (Kilgore College) joined fellow teammate DJ Warnell – who signed with UCLA in December – who are college-bound.
