Texas City High School held a citywide pep rally on Wednesday night to get the community pumped up for its Stingarees, who hosted Houston Sterling in a 5A, Region III, Division II bi-district round game on Friday night. It was the first time in school history that Texas City hosted a postseason game at TCISD Stadium.
