Friendswood’s state-ranked volleyball team celebrated Senior Day with a sweep of Clear Brook on Saturday. Not only did the varsity run the table, but the Mustangs’ freshmen and junior varsity also recorded 3-0 series victories. Friendswood opened district play on Tuesday with a showdown against a Texas City team that will be one of its biggest competitors in 5A, Region III.
