University of Houston freshman guard Tramon Mark’s 3-point play with 24 seconds left lifted the second seed Cougars past 10th seed Rutgers 63-60 in an NCAA South Regional contest Sunday evening. The Dickinson High School alum finished with eight points and six rebounds to help UH advance to a third-round date against 11th seed Syracuse.
