Houston will once again host the Annual H-E-B Thanksgiving Day Parade on Thursday, November 25 at 9:00am. The parade route covers 20 of Houston’s downtown city blocks. This year’s parade begins with a performance by Cirque du Soleil.

Following the opening act, the parade will be filled with the traditions parade watchers have come to love. The line-up includes high-flying balloons, colorful floats, marching bands, musical performances and of course the highlight for all believers in Christmas magic, Santa Claus.

Grand Marshal for the parade will be Dr. Peter Hotez, professor and Dean of the National School of Tropical Medicine at Baylor and Co-Director of the Texas Children’s Hospital Center for Vaccine Development. The parade will celebrate front-line workers who have provided their essential services during the pandemic.

KHOU 11 will provide a live broadcast of the parade.
