Gulf Coast Big Brothers Big Sisters and St. Vincent House of Galveston both received $3,000 grants from Elks Lodge No. 126 this past week. Leslie Garza, a director for St. Vincent House, explained how their grant money would be used.
“This will help us serve families with food and hygiene supplies,” said Garza.
