The Lago Mar Crystal Lagoon, a beachy resort style venue with several annual events located at the state’s largest Crystal Lagoons® amenity, is introducing a season pass program.

This past year, more than 80,000 attendees enjoyed day passes to experience the 24 million gallons of crystal clear water.

Three tiers of new season passes are available for people to enjoy events this year at the lagoon, located at 3240 Lago Mar Blvd. at Lago Mar in Texas City. Season passes include access to “Spring Break at Lago Mar,” running now through May, and “Lagoonfest Texas,” which begins May 28.

The introductory Lagoon Pass offers unlimited admission through the end of October. The cost is $69. For $99, the Xtreme Pass gives pass holders unlimited admission for Spring Break at Lago Mar and Lagoonfest Texas, an unlimited aquaplay activity pass and discounts on food, beverages and rentals.  The aquaplay activity includes access to the largest inflatable obstacle course on a lagoon, slides and watercraft such as bumper boats.

The Ultimate Pass provides pass holders all the benefits of the Xtreme Pass and Ultimate Pass holders also receive four buddy passes to bring guests. Cost is $129. A limited number of passes are available at these introductory prices.

“We had many repeat guests last summer eager to enjoy a tropical experience without jetting off to a remote destination,” said Uri Man, Chief Executive Officer of The Lagoon Development Company. “The pass program will allow people to come again and again, to not only enjoy the beach and water, but also the many concerts and activities that will happen throughout the season.”

Spring Break at Lago Mar will be 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. March 11-20 and continue weekends through May. Lagoonfest Texas begins May 28 running six days a week through Labor Day and weekends thereafter through the end of October. The address is 12930 Crystal View Boulevard.

Throughout the year, guests will be able to play on an inflatable obstacle course; reserve resort-style cabanas on the beach and on the water; and ride kayaks, sailboats and stand-up paddleboards. Adding to the fun will be entertaining performers, a catapult swing, water jousting, yoga and Zumba classes, a kids splash zone, trivia and other games. The on-site culinary team will provide food and beverage for purchase.

Prices are subject to change and availability. As inventory is depleted, price adjustments may be made.

Lago Mar is located along Interstate 45 in Texas City. The 12-acre Crystal Lagoons® amenity is the centerpiece of a planned 100-acre mixed-use entertainment district.

Season passes are on sale now at both www.lagoonhouston.com and www.LagoonfestTexas.com.
