Why:              Galveston College will break ground for the Abe and Annie Seibel Foundation Student Residences, which include seven units designed to architecturally resemble the historical homes of Galveston. Sullivan Brothers Builders of Galveston is construction manager for the project. Creole Design LLC of Houston is architect. The project is funded in large part with the generous support of the Abe and Annie Seibel Foundation. The event is open to the public.
